Jitterbug- Learn to swing to the music of the 40’s, 50’s and 60’s.

Tap Dance- Great exercise which will tone muscles, improve balance and develop rhythm.  On-going beginning and intermediate classes.  Available for audition preparation.

Feelin’ Fit over Fifty- A unique dance-exercise workout designed by Mr. Gilleran. If you are already exercising and can dance a little, then try this one. Great music, and we really shake, rattle and roll!
